This Picnic Potato Salad is the perfect side to any type of barbecued meats. If you can’t think of anything to bring to your next get together with family and friends, look no further because this dish is super easy to make!
Prep this the night before so it’s nice and chilled by the time you’re ready to eat it or you can just grab it and go to bring with you to a potluck.
I use a very small dollop of mayonnaise and a good amount of bacon to make this scrumptious and easy dish. Make sure not to overcook the potatoes so they are not mushy but still tender with a nice bite.
