Laarb Lettuce Wraps
Sauté onion until soft, about 1 minute. Add pork and chicken until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat. Season with coconut aminos and fish sauce.
Turn off heat and season with NAKANO Natural Rice Vinegar, lime juice.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and mix in cilantro, green onions, mint and red pepper flakes.
