It’s been a while since I’ve done my guided 4 Week Meal Prep challenges so I’m sharing a free Meal Prep Made Easy 1 Week Challenge with you!
If you’re signed up for my mailing list, check your email to download the fillable and printable PDF. It contains a week’s worth of recipes that you will eat no more than 2x (except for one breakfast meal that you will eat 3x) so you won’t feel bored with eating the same thing over and over again!
Start this challenge at any time that works best for you. Make sure to share the meals that you’ve prepped and cooked in the private Cook and Savor Community on Facebook (join here) because that’s where I’ll be running giveaways to make the challenge more exciting!
If you’re a seasoned meal prepper, I’m sure you can cook the entire week’s worth of meals. If you’re a newbie (or this is your first stab at meal prepping!), cook just a few meals to help you get used to preparing a batch of food ahead of time.
