This Burger in a Bowl is so much fun to eat because you can create endless combinations with your favorite flavorful add-ons!
I like to build my Burger in a Bowl using a giant pasta bowl. I load it up with greens such as arugula then place a freshly cooked beef patty on top and fill up my bowl with all the fixins – halved sweet cherry tomatoes, radicchio or red cabbage, avocado and micro sprouts.
Sometimes I would bake some potato fries in the oven but I had pre-cooked potatoes in the fridge (that I prepped ahead of time!) so I made a quick batch of Herbed Smashed Potatoes to fill up my bowl even more.
And let’s not forget about the sauce. A Burger in a Bowl needs a generous serving of a zesty, creamy sauce such as my Lemon Tahini. I drizzle it all over my bowl and savor each bite as all the flavors come together perfectly. I also like to add a little bit of balsamic vinegar for that extra oomph factor. Oh and make sure you make the Herbed Smashed Potatoes because that with the Lemon Tahini Sauce will make your Burger in a Bowl taste totally out of this world!
I’ve partnered with Butcher Box to share this Burger in a Bowl recipe with you. They sent me a box of their meat treat and I was totally blown away by the quality of the beef and chicken products I have tried so far! The beef burger patties I cooked up were grass fed, super flavorful and came out juicy and not dry at all. In fact, all of their beef are grass fed, their chicken organic and the bacon, pasture raised.
