Place fish fillets side by side on a plate.
Season with sea salt, coconut aminos and Chinese rice wine.
Top with scallions and ginger.
Place plate on a steamer basket. Steam for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Drizzle sesame oil on top. Serve immediately.
If using a thinner cut of fish, reduce the cooking time to 5-8 minutes. Check at the 5 minute mark to make sure the fish isn't overcooked.
