*Keep the eggs in the fridge until you’re ready to cook them.
Add water to a medium sized pot. Bring it to a boil.
Remove eggs from the fridge.
Using a slotted spoon, carefully lower eggs one by one into the water.
Set a timer and let the eggs cook uncovered in the boiling water for 7 minutes.
While waiting for the eggs to cook, get a large bowl and fill with ice and water to create an ice bath for the eggs.
Once the 7 minute timer is up, use a slotted spoon to immediately transfer the eggs one by one to the ice bath. This will immediately cool the eggs to prevent them from cooking further.
