On a parchment lined baking seet, add popcorn, graham crackers, freeze dried strawberries mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix to combine and distribute evenly on the baking sheet.
In a small saucept over low heat, add white chocolate chips and ghee.
Stir until melted. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly drizzle melted white chocolate on the Strawberry Smores Mix.
Let it cool until the white chocolate is hard. About 15-20 minutes.
Stir to break apart and store in an airtight container.
