This fried, crunchy, Filipino Cheese Stick snack is simple and irresistible and will keep you coming back for more. Cheese sticks were a staple of my childhood in the Philippines. They are an affordable and popular street food that can also be found in school cafeterias. All you need is a pack of lumpia or spring roll wrappers and quick-melt cheese, or any type of soft cheese you prefer.
These cheese sticks are best eaten fresh and dipped in a mayonnaise and ketchup sauce.
