Strawberry Smores Mix

  • 5 cups sea salt popcorn
  • 1 cup gluten free graham crackers crushed into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries crushed into small pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces or chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp ghee


  1. On a parchment lined baking seet, add popcorn, graham crackers, freeze dried strawberries mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix to combine and distribute evenly on the baking sheet.
  2. In a small saucept over low heat, add white chocolate chips and ghee.
  3. Stir until melted. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Slowly drizzle melted white chocolate on the Strawberry Smores Mix.
  5. Let it cool until the white chocolate is hard. About 15-20 minutes.
  6. Stir to break apart and store in an airtight container.
