Cashew Coffee

  • 1 1/2 cup hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tspĀ  maple syrup

optional mix-ins I love to add:

  • Four Sigmatic mushroom elixirs or
  • ground cinnamon or
  • vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on low for 10 seconds.
  3. Increase to medium and blend for 15 seconds.
  4. Increase to high and blend for 15 seconds.
  5. Check to make sure the consistency is smooth and creamy.
  6. Blend for a few more seconds if it still looks chunky.

Recipe Notes

* omit the maple syrup to make it Whole30 or 21DSD friendly.
