Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded or grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 395F.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top.
  3. Pat chicken wings dry (remove as much moisture as you can). Season with sea salt.
  4. Place chicken wings on the rack making sure they are evenly spaced out.
  5. Bake chicken wings for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes. 

  6. Turn the oven on high broil and broil for 5 minutes until the skin turns golden brown. Make sure to watch it closely so it doesn't burn!

  7. While chicken is cooking, heat a small pan over medium heat.
  8. Add ghee and garlic.
  9. Saute for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  10. In a small bowl, mix parmesan cheese, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

  11. Once the chicken is cooked, toss it with the ghee-garlic mixture until evenly coated.
  12. Sprinkle the parmesan seasoning on the chicken and toss until combined.
  13. Serve immediately.
