Ingredients

ground turkey
93% lean, 7% fat

cup
cilantro
chopped

cup
roasted hatch chilis
chopped (seeds, skin and stems removed)

tbsp
garlic powder

tsp
sea salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch sized mini patties.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray or brush with a little bit of oil of your choice.
Fry the sliders for 3 minutes the first side.
Flip and fry another 3 minutes on the second side.
Remove from the pan and serve warm.
